| A. Please read the numbers on your frame, make the measurements yourself using our illustration, or visit your local optical center and they will provide you with the information free of charge. |

| Q. Do you sell prescription eyeglasses? |
| A. Yes, we sell single vision prescription glasses. Select a frame and fax us your prescription and within 2 weeks you should receive your order. |

| Q. Do you have an Optometrist on staff? |
| A. Yes, we do have a licensed, board certified Optometrist on staff. |

| Q. Do you sell brand new eyeglasses, frames, or sunglasses? |
| A. No – our mission is to help the world see better for less and we aim to do that by providing eyewear that is 100% recycled and reconditioned. |

| Q. What brands of eyewear do you offer? |
| A. We offer a wide variety of eyewear and our inventory is constantly changing. If you don’t fund what you need please check back with us periodically. |

| Q. Do you have programs for low income and disadvantaged individuals? |
| A. Yes, we are committed to helping individuals that can not afford eyewear. Please see our "Community" page for information. |

| Q. Can I return my merchandise? |
| A. Yes, you can return your merchandise within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund. Please send the material back in the box you received and indicate the reason for returning. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. |
